When you purchase or receive any service/session or package offered through the website https://hayleyzammit.com, or any scheduling application, engage in an in online video or audio session or email session, communicate with Hayley in a professional capacity and/or consume any content Hayley has created or co-created, you agree to and with the following terms, conditions, statements, disclaimers and policies.

Disclosure Policy

Hayley Zammit is a participant in the Google Adsense Program and an affiliate for Aura Health. She may receive a commission for clicking on links on the website or purchasing a product.

Sales, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

It is understood that rescheduling of sessions can be needed from time to time. A minimum of 8 hours notice must be given for rescheduling of the session to be offered. All sales are non-refundable.

When you purchase and schedule a session/s with Hayley, you agree to meet at a certain time and date. This agreement is expected to be enacted. For all scheduled sessions, Hayley is unable to wait more than fifteen minutes past your scheduled session start time, and the session will still end at the scheduled end time. if you are more than fifteen minutes late for your scheduled session, the session will be considered cancelled. The calendar time/session spots on the booking system is in New Zealand timezone (NZT) unless otherwise changed by you by selecting a different timezone or it may change for you to adjust where you are automatically.

If any of your contact information, or other given or requested information is given incorrectly by you (e.g. spelling mistakes, giving the wrong username or email address) Hayley is not liable for any consequences of these actions (such as missing or not receiving your service/session). Should this happen, the policies, disclaimers, terms and conditions communicated on this page still apply in full.

At times Hayley may need to reschedule, postpone, cancel or terminate services/sessions and/or communications. In such cases, as much notice as possible will be given to the client/consumer.

If at any time Hayley, in her sole discretion, determines that your needs are beyond the scope of services offered, Hayley reserves the right to recommend additional support and/or terminate sessions. In such cases as much resource and/or referral will be provided where reasonably possible.
