(Eg. I feel like there are some emotions arising that are wanting to be felt, I want to create more space to just be, wow life what an honor to be here, I feel inspired to create this...)
I invite you to live your life as a ceremony, honoring, embracing & being conscious of each now moment & the sacredness of all of it. Sure we can sit down & do our morning practices, but then it's merging it with our everyday life, mix presence in with your work, relationships & seemingly mundane tasks. You also don't have to wait until the next big occasion to celebrate & bring in joy & gratitude.
